By accessing or using NepseAlerts — including the website, live dashboard, alerts, and any associated services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses content on NepseAlerts.

NepseAlerts is a market information platform that aggregates and displays publicly available data from the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The platform provides index readings, price data, company announcements, floorsheet data, sector summaries, and price alert tools. NepseAlerts is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation to invest.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NepseAlerts. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Registration

Some features — such as price alerts and watchlists — require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information updated.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nepsealerts.com if you suspect unauthorised access. NepseAlerts is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the service.

Permitted use

You may use NepseAlerts for personal, non-commercial purposes — to monitor the market, set price alerts, research companies, and access NEPSE data. You may share links to NepseAlerts pages and reference data from the platform with appropriate attribution.

Prohibited use

You may not use NepseAlerts to: scrape, crawl, or harvest data in bulk without written permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code; circumvent rate limits or technical restrictions; use the platform for automated trading or algorithmic signal generation at a scale that places undue load on our systems; distribute or resell platform data as a standalone product; or use the platform in any way that violates applicable Nepali law.

NepseAlerts makes reasonable efforts to display accurate and timely market data, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the platform. Market data sourced from NEPSE may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. When data is delayed or unavailable, the platform displays a visible notice rather than silently showing stale figures.

You should not make investment decisions based solely on information from NepseAlerts. Always verify critical data with your broker, the NEPSE official website, or other authoritative sources before acting on it.

The NepseAlerts platform, including its design, code, brand, and original content, is the property of NepseAlerts and its developers. All rights are reserved. Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from NEPSE and remains subject to NEPSE's own terms and ownership. Copying, reproducing, or republishing platform content without permission is not permitted.

NepseAlerts is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NepseAlerts and its developers, officers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including investment losses, lost profits, or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

NepseAlerts may contain links to external websites such as NEPSE, broker portals, or regulatory bodies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. When we make significant changes, we will revise the 'Last updated' date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of NepseAlerts after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
